This service is for the registration and qualification of the real estate developer based on Royal Order No. (A/84) dated 2/14/1442 AH and the controls and conditions for considering real estate developers eligible for tax refunds under the decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zakat and Income Authority by Resolution No. (1754) dated 4/15/1442 AH, 

and the data of qualified real estate developers will be sent to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for approval according to the policies and provisions of the Authority.
