Etmam, in collaboration with the Chambers of Commerce in Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province, organized a series of workshops attended by members of the real estate committees within the chambers, real estate developers, and stakeholders in the real estate sector, in addition to virtual workshops titled “The Role of Etmam Center in Accelerating Real Estate Project Development Procedures.” The workshops aimed to introduce the center’s services, clarify its role throughout the various stages of project development, showcase mechanisms for accelerating project procedures and contributing to their efficient completion, as well as raise awareness of related regulatory procedures.

During the workshops, the CEO of the center, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Dakhil, spoke about the center’s role in empowering real estate developers and accelerating project development procedures. He also addressed attendees’ inquiries and discussed the challenges developers may face along with the available solutions.

The workshops concluded with several recommendations, including improving the project development experience to enhance the attractiveness of real estate investment, emphasizing the center’s role in simplifying and accelerating procedures while reducing project completion timelines, identifying the challenges faced by real estate developers and providing practical solutions, as well as maintaining continuous coordination between the real estate committees, the center, and stakeholders in the real estate sector to address shared issues. These efforts contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and supporting real estate market balance.
