On Tuesday, July 2, 2019, the Developer Services Center “Etmam” celebrated the launch of the electronic archiving system at the center’s headquarters.

The new archiving system provides several features that facilitate the process of document management for papers, files and documents. The system also contributes to scanning files, uploading them to the system and the possibility of sharing them. The system also provides support and synchronization of files across branches and granting appropriate powers to system management.

It is worth noting that the launch of the archiving system comes within the efforts made by colleagues in the Ministry’s Information Technology Department and the center’s management to develop work procedures, save effort, time and resources, and harness the latest technologies to organize the flow of daily transactions.
