In implementation of the royal order to approve residential plans within 60 days, and in implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to expedite the implementation of urban development plans, and based on the agreement recently signed between the Ministry of Housing and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in this regard, the Developers Services Center "Etmam" has begun, through its powers granted by the Ministry, to implement the decision.

With this step, Etmam aims to align objectives with all relevant government agencies to accelerate urban development by quickly approving residential plans and facilitating real estate development procedures.

For his part, the General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Agency, His Excellency Mr. Mamdouh bin Saud Al-Sharhan, stated that the signed agreement reflects the continuous support of the generous leadership for the parties concerned with the real estate development sector to work with ease and simplicity to stimulate the sector and improve its services and procedures, which is reflected in increasing supply and multiple options.

The agreement, which the center has begun implementing, comes to activate the three updated tracks: (initial approval and gradual evacuation, initial and final approval before implementation, and initial and final approval and sale of all plots before implementation) and achieve the desired goals of encouraging investment in the real estate development sector and proposing solutions that ensure the completion of the infrastructure and stimulating the steps and procedures for developers to approve plans and facilitate transactions. It is worth noting that the Developers Services Center "Etmam", through the services it provides to developers through all its branches and electronic platform, seeks to facilitate all procedures and remove obstacles to the operations of the real estate developer, stimulating the sector and seeking to increase the housing supply that is in line with the goals of Vision 2030 by increasing the percentage of home ownership for citizens and beneficiaries.
