
Issuance of 1182 building permits for the “Pearl of Diyar” residential project in Yanbu
The “Pearl of Diyar Housing” project in Yanbu Governorate, which is located on the lands of the Ministry of Housing, obtained a building permit through the Developers Services Center “Etmam” affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, for a total of 1,182 residential villas on an area estimated at 706,959.98 m2. The “Pearl of Diyar Housing” project is one of the latest housing projects established by the Ministry in partnership with the private sector.
The project aims to provide a balanced and sustainable residential environment, and includes all commercial, health and educational services, to facilitate housing for citizens at an appropriate price and quality.
It is worth noting that the Developers Services Center “Etmam” seeks to contribute to achieving the goals of the Ministry of Housing aimed at raising the ownership rate by no less than 70% by 2030 AD through many services that will stimulate the private sector, and provide suitable housing according to ownership paths with financing and savings solutions that suit the housing needs of citizens.
The “Etmam” Center provides many diverse services, up to 21 services, such as submitting license and accreditation requests, following up on them with various authorities, and ensuring that they are completed at the required speed.
