On Monday 14/10/2019, the Developers Services Center “Etmam” in cooperation with the Taif Municipality completed the approval of five private sector-owned plans on a total area of ​​157,500 m2 at the municipality’s headquarters in Taif Governorate.

This step comes to translate the center’s tireless efforts in all its branches to facilitate services for real estate developers, and to integrate with all parties related to real estate development to unify procedures for the growth of the sector and increase investment incentives, which is reflected in the abundance of housing supply and increased ownership.
