In its continuous endeavor to develop its services, the Developers Services Center “Etmam” held its preparatory meeting today, Tuesday, June 18, 2019, to link the issuance of building permits electronically with the Asir Region Municipality at the municipality’s headquarters in Abha.

The meeting discussed the importance of electronic linkage for issuing building permits and what it represents as an important step and a qualitative leap in the development of electronic services provided to the real estate development sector, and the appropriate mechanism for linking and activating the service and enhancing cooperation between the center and the municipality.

The service of issuing building permits electronically is one of the services that the Developers Services Center “Etmam” aims to cooperate in with the relevant government agencies through electronic linkage via the “Etmam” system to ensure the provision of a service that keeps pace with the aspirations of the real estate developer and improves the quality of facilities for the development of the sector.
