On Wednesday, July 3, 2019, the Developer Services Center “Etmam” held a focus group discussion session at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Riyadh under the title “Challenges of Existing Projects and Ways to Address Them” with the participation of a group of real estate developers and consulting engineering offices.

The discussion in the session focused on the challenges facing real estate projects organizationally, financially and technically and ways to address and overcome them in a way that ensures the growth of the real estate sector, which is the role that the Developer Services Center seeks to play through its services. The session provided a brief presentation to introduce the center, its services and achievements, and reviewed the electronic building permit service provided by the center in cooperation with the secretariats. The electronic Etmam system, the registration method and the services provided through it that facilitate the work of the real estate developer and the beneficiary were also discussed.

It is worth noting that the “Etmam” Center is keen, through presenting these discussion sessions and workshops, to come up with the most prominent solutions and proposals to advance the real estate development sector.
