On Sunday 8/9/2019, the electronic link for issuing building permits between the Developers Services Center “Etmam” and the Secretariat of the Holy Capital was launched at the Secretariat’s headquarters in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

The electronic license issuance service is one of the services that the Developers Services Center “Etmam” aims to cooperate with the secretariats through electronic linkage via the “Etmam” system to ensure the provision of a service that keeps pace with the aspirations of the real estate developer, and improves the quality of facilities for the development of the sector and improves the business environment and the integration and synergy of efforts between the various sectors that serve the real estate sector.

It is worth noting that the Developers Services Center “Etmam” team, based on the center’s goal of facilitating procedures and removing obstacles facing the real estate developer, continues its efforts to cooperate and reach an understanding with all sectors that serve the developer to provide a quality service to the real estate sector.
