His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and His Excellency the Mayor of Riyadh Region, Eng. Tariq Al-Fares, launched today, Thursday, October 10, 2019, the instant electronic building permits for real estate development projects.

The first instant permit was issued between the Developers Services Center “Etmam” and the “Riyadh Region Municipality” for the “Marsiya” project in Riyadh, after the completion of the electronic link that was recently completed between the center and the municipality with the aim of improving the business environment and enhancing service integration.
