His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Asir Region, sponsored today, Monday, October 28, 2019, the electronic link for issuing building permits between the Asir Region Municipality and the Developers Services Center “Etmam”, and the issuance of the first building permit after the link for the “Abha Hills” project, at the Saudi German Hospital Theater in Khamis Mushait. The electronic license issuance service is one of the services that the Developers Services Center “Etmam” aims to cooperate in with the municipalities through electronic linkage via the “Etmam” system. The center has so far completed the linkage with the Eastern Region Municipality, the Holy Capital Municipality, the Al-Ahsa Municipality, the Riyadh Municipality, and the Madinah Municipality.
