His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, launched today the new electronic platform of the Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam”, which includes the electronic portal and the phone application to provide about 36 electronic services, with the aim of facilitating and accelerating the process of submitting license and accreditation requests through a single electronic platform that includes all parties to the relationship.

The center explained that the platform will enable real estate developers to benefit from real estate development services electronically in cooperation with a number of entities in the government and private sectors through electronic linking between their systems. The platform also allows obtaining several additional services, including support tickets, booking appointments, statistical reports on developer requests and other services.

The Etmam application allows developers to follow up on the requests submitted by them through the Etmam platform and learn about all types of services provided through the platform. The application was designed to provide a distinctive experience that suits the needs of real estate developers, facilitating the provision and display of services based on the identity of each service, in addition to activating technical tools that assist developers on the platform. It also features several services, including reviewing submitted requests and following up on their status, reviewing all services provided by Etmam and the requirements of each service, booking an appointment to benefit from advisory services, submitting a support ticket to the real estate developer and following up on its status, contact information with the center and branch locations, and providing statistics on real estate developer requests.

The Etmam Real Estate Developers Services Center aims, through developing the digital infrastructure, to facilitate the procedures for practicing real estate development work by excelling in providing one-stop services to real estate developers, and providing an integrated digital platform to accelerate the processes of accreditations and approvals for real estate development with stakeholders.
