This service is for registration and qualification of real estate developers with the Ministry of Housing based on Royal Order No. (A/84) dated 2/14/1442 AH and the controls and conditions for considering real estate developers eligible for tax refunds pursuant to the decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zakat and Income Authority in Resolution No. (1754) dated 4/15/1442 AH, and the data of qualified real estate developers will be sent to the General Authority of Zakat and Income for approval according to the policies and provisions of the Authority.
