The Center reviews the application, verifies that all requirements are completed, forwards it to the concerned entity, conducts periodic follow-ups on the application status, and escalates when necessary.
Accurately (plot number, district, city, etc.). Attach the owner’s ID or the IDs of co-owners involved in the project. Official request letter for marginalization by reservation addressed to Etmam Center. Decision of the committee regarding the project and the reservation annotation on the concerned deed. Copy of the contract between the developer and the owner. Undertaking/commitment including the owner’s approval of the reservation.
The developer submits the request through the Etmam platform and completes all service requirements. The application is reviewed by the center's team to ensure all required documents and data are complete. The real estate developer is notified to complete the application or provide any missing documents, if applicable. The center coordinates with the authorized representatives from the Ministry of Justice to complete the lien annotation on the deed. The competent committee issues its decision approving the lien according to the application status. The lien is officially registered on the property deed.
