The Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” delivered the approval certificate for 8.8 million m2 within the Al-Wurood City plan in cooperation with the Taif Governorate Secretariat, after the initial and final approval of the plan to allow the sale of lands on the map before developing them. The approval was delivered today, in a ceremony attended by the Deputy Secretary of Taif Governorate for Development and Construction, Eng. Majed Hussein Al-Hamidi, and the Assistant General Manager of the Developers Services Center “Etmam” for Operations, Eng. Tamer Ghazi Mukhtar. The accreditation comes from the strategic role of the “Etmam” Center to improve the performance of the real estate sector and provide integrated solutions to real estate developers to contribute to enhancing the residential real estate supply, in an effort to achieve the goals of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - to reach a 70% ownership rate by 2030.
The “City of Roses” plan - located north of Taif Governorate - includes 6,409 residential units with various designs and areas, including 3,033 residential villas. The plan is located in a distinguished location within the urban area of Taif Governorate, and includes 3,376 residential plots. The project is being implemented by an alliance of major real estate development companies, and includes a commercial area consisting of distinctive pedestrian walkways, gardens, fountains, seating areas, restaurants and cafes.
The “Etmam” Center provides a unified digital platform that provides all the services that real estate developers need and enables them to obtain services with ease and high reliability, which enhances the principle of transparency by clarifying the procedures related to services and making available all data and statistics related to the sector.
It is worth noting that the Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” aims to facilitate the real estate sector’s work in the Kingdom and create an attractive environment with the aim of developing investments from inside and outside the Kingdom, accelerating the pace of work in residential projects to increase the real estate supply of residential units, and facilitating the ownership of suitable housing for Saudi families. The center also plays the role of a link that enables the real estate developer to complete their transactions.
