The Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” has completed the approval of 9 residential plans during the first half of 2021, with a total area of ​​16,142,747 million m2 in various regions of the Kingdom, based on the center’s strategic goal of improving the performance of the real estate sector and providing integrated solutions to real estate developers. “Etmam” has also provided many services to real estate developers.

The approved plans for the first half included the regions of “Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Qassim, the Eastern Region, Asir, Tabuk, and the Northern Borders.”

Among the various and diverse services provided by the Developers Services Center “Etmam” to real estate developers and owners of residential projects, the center completed building permit applications for 8,131 residential units during the first half of this year. The center also completed the issuance of 119 real estate developer qualification certificates for off-plan sales projects. The center also processed 47 inquiries regarding the validity of the deed, in addition to dealing with requests to confirm the registration of workers on the ministry’s projects to provide 1,100 workers. The center also contributed to issuing 45 sales licenses for off-plan sales projects, and 2,171 real estate developers were qualified in cooperation with the authorities concerned with providing real estate development services.

The center provides a unified platform and an advanced electronic digital portal that contains all the services that real estate developers need, which enables them to obtain services easily and with high reliability, in addition to establishing the principle of transparency by clarifying the procedures related to services and making available all data and statistics that real estate developers can benefit from.

It is worth mentioning that the Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” aims to facilitate the launch of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and create an attractive environment in which the volume of investments in this sector increases from inside and outside the Kingdom, and the pace of work on residential projects accelerates, which increases the volume of housing units offered annually, and achieves the goal of facilitating citizens’ access to suitable housing, as the center, through partnership and cooperation agreements and its permanent representatives for the relevant authorities, plays the role of a link through which the real estate developer can follow up on his transactions during the various stages of developing his project.
