
Etmam completes the approval of 45 housing project plans in 10 regions
The Developer Services Center "Etmam" has completed the approval of 45 plans at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs with a total area estimated at forty-four million square meters in a number of cities, governorates and centers in the Kingdom, as well as the approval of a comprehensive development plan in the city of Riyadh with an area estimated at about 150 thousand square meters.
The General Supervisor of the "Etmam" Center, Muhammad bin Saud Al-Ghazwani, explained that the approval procedures were completed in record time, after the real estate developers submitted all the approval justifications for those plans, indicating that the projects were distributed over (Makkah Al-Mukarramah - Madinah - Riyadh - Eastern Region - Asir - Jazan - Al-Baha - Tabuk - Qassim - Hail). Al-Ghazwani pointed to the fruitful integration between the partners of the "Etmam" Center from various concerned parties, to achieve the desired goals of establishing the center to overcome all obstacles facing the approval of residential plans at the level of the Kingdom, in an effort by the center and its partners to contribute to increasing the supply of residential units and providing them at reasonable prices for citizens. He pointed out that the adoption of these plans will add no less than one hundred and fifty thousand housing units, which will contribute to meeting the needs of citizens in a number of regions of the Kingdom, and will work to stimulate the developmental and developmental aspects of the residential urban environment, and provide appropriate and diverse housing options.
It is worth noting that eleven plans have been allocated in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, seven plans in Madinah Al-Munawwarah, six other plans in Riyadh, in addition to eight plans in Asir, five in the Eastern Province, and six plans in Al-Baha. Two plans have also been approved in Tabuk and Jazan.
The “Itmam” Center continues to complete the procedures for approving thirteen plans for housing projects in a number of governorates in the Kingdom
