The Developers Services Center “Etmam” affiliated with the Ministry of Housing has completed receiving applications for the approval of 69 plans with a total area exceeding 90 million square meters, where 58 plans have been approved so far by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, and the approval of the remaining plans is expected to be completed during the coming period, according to the systems and procedures adopted by the program.

The General Supervisor of the “Etmam” Center, Muhammad bin Saud Al-Ghazwani, explained that the approval procedures were completed in record time, after the real estate developers submitted all the approval justifications for those plans, indicating that the projects were distributed over 11 regions in the Kingdom, namely Al-Baha, Riyadh, Al-Jawf, Eastern Province, Qassim, and Madinah, in addition to Tabuk, Jazan, Hail, Asir, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

He stressed that the center seeks to achieve the desired goals of its establishment by overcoming the obstacles facing the adoption of residential plans at the level of the Kingdom to contribute to increasing the supply of residential units and providing them at reasonable prices for citizens, noting that the adoption of these plans will add a large number of residential units that will contribute to meeting the needs of citizens in a number of regions of the Kingdom, and will work to stimulate the developmental and developmental aspects of the residential urban environment, and provide appropriate and diverse housing options for citizens, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program 2020.

The General Supervisor of the "Etmam" Center pointed out that there are 13 plans that have been approved in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and eight others in Asir, in addition to three plans in each of Hail, Jazan and Al-Jawf, as well as two plans in Tabuk and seven in Madinah, and three plans have been approved in Qassim, five in the Eastern Province, nine in Riyadh and eight others in Al-Baha, indicating that the "Etmam" Center continues to complete the procedures for approving 11 plans for housing projects, including a plan in Al-Baha region, and another in the Eastern Province, in addition to Four more in the Medina region, in addition to six plans in the Asir and Makkah regions.
