The center provides a service for approving land division plans for real estate development companies, and this is done by submitting an application for approval of land division plans, which is divided into three stages: initial approval, approval of infrastructure networks, and final approval, by submitting the application to the center via the “Etmam” electronic system portal ((https://etmam.momrah.gov.sa)), fulfilling the documents specified for each stage.
