The Developers Services Center “Etmam” provided its services to real estate developers and engineering offices during 2018 through 21 available services provided by the center, which were implemented through the Etmam electronic portal.

The services provided by the center included the work of approving 101 plans in all regions of the Kingdom, providing 83 services to inquire about the validity of the deed, implementing 72 real estate qualification certificates, in addition to 38 updates and conversion of a manual deed to a comprehensive deed, 25 partnership requests, and licenses for exception requests with an area of ​​23.5 million m2 with a number exceeding 114 thousand housing units, in addition to licenses for the division of housing units with an area exceeding 1.2 million m2 for 1302 housing units, and building permit requests with an area of ​​474,530 m2 and a number of units reaching 3096 housing units.

The services also included labor support licenses for 2,966 workers on the Ministry's projects, and holding 13 workshops in a number of regions of the Kingdom, attended by more than 535 real estate developers and engineering offices. During these workshops, a comprehensive explanation was provided of the services provided by "Etmam" and its role in overcoming obstacles facing the real estate development sector, in addition to participating with pavilions in 6 exhibitions, including the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition in Jeddah and the Janadriyah Festival. Educational information about Etmam's programs was reviewed, in addition to explaining all the services that provide facilities to real estate developers within the framework of seeking to support supply, enable demand, and pump more housing units with diverse options, high quality, and appropriate prices.

It is noteworthy that the Developers Services Center "Etmam" aims to facilitate the work of real estate developers to accelerate the pace of work in the real estate sector and residential projects, by providing 21 services through the center's electronic portal, which increases the volume of housing units offered annually.

The center studies the stages of real estate development according to the systems and regulations, in direct cooperation with all relevant parties, to work on facilitating the procedures of real estate developers' work to push the development of residential projects.
