It is considered the first automatic factory for modern building technology in the Kingdom, and its products are characterized by high quality that is compatible with building conditions and safety systems. It uses German technology approved in Japan for lightweight ready-mix concrete. The factory aims to produce a house in just one day, and it is expected to produce an area of ​​one million square meters annually, at appropriate competitive prices. The factory will work to localize knowledge and modern technologies in the field of construction and building and support local content, and this will be reflected in the real estate market with speed of implementation with quality construction and raising the level of real estate products provided.

“Etmam” worked to attract Al-Saedan Company, where the company obtained a qualification certificate and then transferred it to the Modern Building Technology Initiative to obtain approval. The services the company needed were provided and the procedures were completed in coordination with the Industrial Development Fund and relevant authorities. This comes within the services provided by the center to real estate developers in terms of support and speed of completion, to advance the real estate sector, and increase supply so that citizens can obtain suitable housing at the appropriate price, within the framework of the Ministry of Housing’s goals to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
