Etmam seeks, in its plans to link with the municipalities, to facilitate real estate developers by automating services and reducing their procedure times, whether issuing licenses or other services provided by the "Etmam" Center through the electronic portal linked with government and private agencies such as the National Information Center, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Justice, the Engineers Authority, Al-Ahsa Municipality, and recently the Eastern Province Municipality and other relevant agencies.

The "Etmam" system is distinguished by providing services free of charge and allowing access to the portal 24 hours a day. The user can register once, during which the required documents and data are saved and the information is verified through the link with the Absher system. He can also follow the stages of the application procedures electronically accurately until the application is completed, and a message is sent when any action is taken on the application.

The system provides an electronic support ticket service to provide direct support to the developer in the event that he encounters any difficulty or problem, as it makes it easy for the user to request work electronically at any time and anywhere.
