In preparation for the electronic linkage for the building permit issuance service, the Developers Services Center "Etmam" held a meeting today, Monday, June 17, 2019, with the Jeddah Governorate Secretariat at the Secretariat's headquarters.

The meeting discussed the technical, administrative, and technical aspects and regulatory requirements that will facilitate the electronic linkage process with the Jeddah Governorate Secretariat to serve the electronic issuance of building permits via the "Etmam" system.

It is worth noting that the Developers Services Center "Etmam" team, based on the center's goal of facilitating procedures and removing obstacles for the real estate developer, continues its efforts to cooperate and reach an understanding with all sectors that serve the developer to provide a quality service to the real estate sector.
